Sign in with the Google account you use for Namaste, and we will record your deletion request. Signing in is how we confirm the account is yours — nobody can request deletion of an account they cannot sign into.
Submitting this does not close your account instantly. It files a request that a person reviews, so an accidental click cannot destroy your posters.
When the request is actioned, we remove or irreversibly anonymise:
Some records are kept where the law requires it — invoices and payment records, for example, must be retained for statutory periods under Indian tax law. These are kept only for that purpose and are not used to identify you for anything else. Our Privacy Policy sets out the retention rules in full.
An active paid subscription is not refunded automatically by deleting your account — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can also do this from the Namaste app: open the side menu and choose Delete account. Or write to support@namasteapps.com from your registered email address and we will handle it.
